Nordic Machinery Hub

Warranty and Legal Guarantee for Used Machinery

For consumer buyers, mandatory legal guarantee rights may apply under applicable EU and national consumer law. These rights cannot be excluded by Nordic Machinery Hub. Any commercial warranty offered by Nordic Machinery Hub is additional to, and does not replace or limit, mandatory legal rights. Second-hand goods sold by a professional seller to a consumer are covered by statutory conformity rights. Depending on applicable national law and clear agreement at the time of sale, the legal guarantee period for second-hand goods may be reduced, but not below the minimum permitted by law. For business buyers, warranty terms may be agreed contractually, subject to applicable law.

Used machinery condition explanation

Nordic Machinery Hub is operated by Jor-Dan Machinery & Industrial Equipment Aps in Aalborg, Denmark. We sell quality used machinery and commercial equipment to private, business and international buyers. Because our equipment is used, each machine may show signs of age, previous operation, wear, repairs, repainting, replacement parts, operating hours, mileage or previous commercial use. Legal guarantee rights apply where required by applicable law. Commercial warranty, if offered, is additional and will be stated clearly for each listing.
